The Challenge

Manual Dispatch

Orders were assigned to drivers via phone calls and WhatsApp. There was no centralised queue, leading to missed pickups, double bookings, and delayed deliveries across the fleet.

Our Solution

Members of our current engineering team designed and built a full-stack delivery management platform covering order intake, automated dispatch, real-time GPS tracking, proof of delivery, and automated invoicing before they joined Nubalink.

The system includes a web-based admin dashboard for operations managers, a mobile app for drivers, and a customer-facing tracking portal - all connected through a unified backend with real-time data sync.

Smart routing algorithms optimise delivery sequences based on distance, time windows, and driver capacity, reducing fuel costs and improving on-time delivery rates.
